Of course, that's no problem at all. You can even recharger your Batt Pack with a vehicle, solar and grid at the same time.

For our base Batt Pack Energy model (2.5 kWh), it takes approximately 3 hours to reach a full charge from shore power and 5 hours for the Batt Pack Pro.

This is highly dependent on the number of panels you decide to use. Based on connecting the maximum amount of solar, the Batt Pack Energy can be recharged in 2 hours and 1h for the Batt Pack Pro.

Yes, our portable power packs are IP44 rated (weatherproof). But like anything else, it is best to bring them inside if you can, to reduce overall wear and tear.

You can leave the power pack in storage mode with everything shut off for up to 3 months. If you require longer periods, you will need to top off to maintain battery health. Never fully discharge your pack and store the product empty. Recharge after full depletion.

We use one of the safest lithium ion chemistry available on the market for lithium ion. We also use an ultra sophisticated BMS to prevent any accidents/issues before they can occur.

There is no maintenance required! However, if you are using the power pack in dusty conditions, we recommend using the included vent filters. These can be rinsed out and left to dry for 24 hours and reused.

It's all dependent on the model, however across the board our power packs have +3,500 cycles. Each cycle consists of a complete discharge and recharge.

The lifespan of the product will depend on overall usage and the frequency of running through cycles. We find that a power pack will typically last from 8-20 years. And even after the rated cycles, the power pack will still operate, it will just have reduced run time (i.e. <80% of original).

The typical pay back period on our products is 2-3 years when compared to traditional generators.

Where do we even start? The power packs offer so many incredible benefits over traditional generations.
